Since its launch in 2021, the Master’s in Health Innovation Management and Leadership (MINDS) has achieved much more than training professionals: it has built a vibrant and transformative community around healthcare innovation. Backed by IDIVAL and driven by an interdisciplinary team of experts in management, healthcare, research, and entrepreneurship, the program now enters its fourth edition as a consolidated reference in the national landscape.
Throughout its first three editions, MINDS has brought together professionals from diverse backgrounds—clinicians, technicians, managers, researchers—with a common goal: to lead change in their organizations through innovation. Thanks to its hybrid, hands-on approach, combining in-person sessions with online training and visits to leading centers, the master’s program has equipped its students with concrete tools to tackle the main challenges facing the healthcare system.
This cross-cutting approach has fostered a network of talent capable of driving transformative projects from within healthcare services, generating real and lasting impact. MINDS not only provides training; it cultivates leadership, critical thinking, and cross-sector collaboration across key areas of the biosanitary ecosystem.
The variety of professional backgrounds among the program’s alumni—from hospitals, healthcare institutions, universities, the pharmaceutical industry, and startups—has enriched each edition, encouraging the exchange of ideas and the creation of synergies beyond the classroom. This diversity is one of MINDS’ greatest strengths and a reflection of its integrative mission.
