Since its launch in 2021, the Master’s in Management and Leadership of Healthcare Innovation (MINDS) has achieved far more than training professionals: it has built a vibrant, transformative community around healthcare innovation. Backed by IDIVAL and driven by an interdisciplinary team of experts in management, healthcare, research, and entrepreneurship, the program now enters its fourth edition as a well-established reference at the national level.
Over its first three editions, MINDS has brought together professionals from diverse backgrounds — clinicians, technicians, managers, researchers — with a common goal: to lead change in their organizations through innovation. Thanks to its hybrid and practical approach, combining in-person sessions with online training and visits to leading institutions, the master’s program has provided students with concrete tools to address the main challenges of the healthcare system.
This cross-cutting approach has fostered a network of talent capable of driving transformative projects from within healthcare services, with real and sustained impact over time. MINDS is more than just a training program; it cultivates leadership, critical thinking, and collaboration among key sectors of the biomedical ecosystem.
The diverse career paths of those who have completed the program — from hospitals, healthcare institutions, universities, the pharmaceutical industry, and startups — have enriched each edition, promoting the exchange of ideas and the creation of synergies beyond the classroom. This diversity is one of MINDS’ greatest strengths and a clear reflection of its integrative vision.
