• Purpose: funding of research projects led by emerging researchers from the IDIVAL environment, for their development in the biosanitary environment of Cantabria.
• Requirements: principal investigator under 45 years of age and never having had access to funding as such through a call for national or international competitive grants or through this call, the Next-Val, Inn-Val and Prim-Val calls. The principal investigator must hold a doctoral degree at the time of submission of the application. The research team will be made up of at least three people, at least half of them from the biosanitary environment of Cantabria.
• Funding: maximum €25,000 per project. Total funding of the call: 150,000 €.

• Purpose: financing of innovation projects led by researchers from the IDIVAL environment, for their development in the biosanitary environment of Cantabria.
• Requirements: principal investigator of the IDIVAL environment and without active projects of the Inn-Val call. The research team will consist of at least three people, at least half of them from the biosanitary environment of Cantabria.
• Funding: maximum €25,000 per project. Total funding of the call: 150,000 €.

Purpose: release of personnel with health care activity with a high research and/or innovation load, by means of part-time or full-time substitution of a physician or nurse.
Requirements: to be health professionals, doctors or nurses of the Public Health System of Cantabria, and not to have simultaneous intensifications of other programs. Modality A is competitive and is the one financed by this program. The modality B or self-intensification requires the contribution of funds by the candidate.
Funding: in the competitive modality a maximum equivalent economic contribution is established for the replacement of the intensified of 60,000€ per specialist physician and 30,000€ per nurse that corresponds to a hiring of a specialist physician or nurse for a period of approximately 1 year.

• Purpose: financing of research projects in primary health care in Cantabria.
• Requirements: projects related to research and innovation in primary health care. Principal investigator must be a professional of the Public Health System of Cantabria. Specialists in training are excluded. At least 50% of the research team must be made up of primary care professionals from the public health system of Cantabria and may include people from other national or international institutions. At least half of the research team must belong to the biosanitary environment of Cantabria.
• Funding: maximum €10,000 per project. Total of the call €23,400.

• Objective: to promote innovation in general and specifically to support the development of health technologies in our environment through the partial or complete financing of innovation projects in advanced stages that facilitate the collaboration of the health sector, the university environment and companies.
• Requirements: principal investigator with a labor, civil servant or statutory relationship with the Public Health System of Cantabria, with the University of Cantabria as a professor linked with healthcare activity or, failing that, as staff of an IDIVAL research group. The research team will be made up of at least three people, at least half of them from the biosanitary environment of Cantabria.
• Funding: maximum €20,000 per project.

• Purpose: financing for the implementation of the research activity of new service or section chiefs coming from other centers.
• Requirements: the researcher applying for access to the program must have an outstanding track record as a specialist and researcher, of at least 5 years' duration. At the time of application, the candidate must have taken up his or her position at the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital and have held a position as Head of Service or Section within the last 6 months.
• Funding: IDIVAL will make available to the researcher an economic bag for the development of research projects of 20,000 € per year, an amount that, if necessary, may be extended for a total of 5 years, up to a maximum of 100,000 €, under the terms provided in the Plan for each year.

• Purpose: recruitment of new clinical professionals in training and for the beginning of their research career during their specialized training.
• Requirements: to be a resident of the Public Health System of Cantabria in the programs of the National Health System - MIR, FIR, QIR, PIR, RIR or BIR and to finish the first two years of training with a rating of excellent in the annual report of the Teaching Commission of the corresponding center.
• Funding: from the third year onwards the candidate will have a grant of 5.000€ for the development of research activities that will be managed according to IDIVAL's project management rules.

• Purpose: to temporarily finance researchers who have submitted projects through the IDIVAL to the National Plan and who have been well evaluated in these calls.
• Requirements: principal investigator with at least one project financed in the last three years and project submitted to the last call of the National Plan with a minimum qualification of 80% on the minimum cutoff point necessary to obtain financing in the Strategic Action in Health or "B" in the evaluation carried out by the State Research Agency in the State Program for the Promotion of Scientific and Technical Research of Excellence.
• Financing: maximum of 60% of the third or fourth of the total requested according to the project has been requested for three or four years respectively, without exceeding € 25,000. The duration of the aid will be 1 year, renewable without modification of the amount granted.
