Cancellations informed by any other means will not be accepted. This email must contain all the details of the registration, including the concept of the contribution made, name and surname of the donor, date and amount of the transaction.
Refund requests will only be accepted if they have been informed in writing within 72 hours from the date and time the contribution was made.
