In compliance with Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, IDIVAL has been publishing on its website the data and documents that must be reported on the Transparency Portal.

As of 1 January 2017, this information has only been published on the Transparency Portal of the Government of Cantabria, which can be accessed via the following link.

With the entry into force of the Cantabrian Law 1/2018, of 21 March, on Transparency of Public Activity (LTAP), since 29 September 2018 all the information required both in this Law and in Law 19/2014, of 29 December, is exclusively published on the IDIVAL Transparency Portal.
